·  Managed all aspects of a high speed snack food manufacturing facility.

After I discovered this, I reformulated the amount of water that went into the dough mixes relative to the amount of humidity in the room. If the humidity was high, we reduced the water. If the humidity was low, we used the basic formulation. This led to a 5% reduction in our scrap rate and put us back under the threshold of 2%.
